Accenture will equip tens of thousands of its professionals with ChatGPT Enterprise under a new partnership with OpenAI, positioning the model as one of the consulting firm’s primary AI platforms for its next generation of services.
Under the agreement, Accenture will embed the enterprise tool across consulting, operations and delivery work. The company will also help OpenAI scale its products for large enterprises as demand for advanced AI systems grows and matures.
The partnerships includes a flagship AI client program that combines OpenAI’s enterprise products with Accenture’s industry and functional expertise. The program will give clients access to implementation playbooks, vetted use cases and security and deployment guidance, as well as support for introducing agentic AI into core workflows in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, government and retail.
Accenture will also use OpenAI’s AgentKit to help organizations design, test and deploy custom AI agents for functions including customer service, supply chain, finance and HR. Internally, the firm aims to create the largest cohort of professionals certified through OpenAI Certifications, giving project teams direct access to the company’s latest models and a common skills baseline for enterprise deployments.
The tie-up underscores how large integrators are shaping large-scale generative AI deployment and workforce training at a time when companies of all sizes are balancing transformation goals with cost pressures.
