HCLTech has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services to help banks, wealth managers and insurers modernize core systems and deploy AI-powered solutions for contact centers and digital engagement, with offerings delivered on AWS and aligned to sector compliance needs.
The companies say the program combines HCLTech’s domain consulting with AWS services to support migrations and more autonomous operations across financial institutions, including patterns for regulated workloads.
HCLTech notes prior AWS designations in financial services and plans to serve as an initial customer for the new solutions before wider rollout to clients.
