IBM launched Digital Asset Haven for financial institutions, governments and corporations to manage custody, transactions and settlement across 40+ public and private blockchains, in a company announcement.
Developed with Dfns, the platform adds transaction-lifecycle automation, routing and monitoring, programmable multi-party approvals, and policy-driven governance, IBM said.
Security features include MPC, HSM-based signing with IBM Crypto Express 8S on IBM Z and LinuxONE, and the IBM Offline Signing Orchestrator for automated cold-storage workflows, alongside quantum-safe cryptography guidance, according to the release.
IBM said availability is planned as SaaS and Hybrid SaaS in Q4 2025, with on-premises in Q2 2026.
“Digital Asset Haven” is positioned as a single stack for regulated entities integrating KYC/AML and other pre-configured services via REST APIs and SDKs.
