Martech firm Modo25 secures fourth six-figure investment
Martech firm, Modo25, has secured its fourth six-figure investment for its BOSCO Connect solution, which is designed to deliver significant benefits to online marketers.
BOSCO Connect is a machine learning platform that aims to help retailers and businesses increase returns from their digital marketing, and measures the success, in comparison to competitors, of their organic and paid media channels.
The supporting investors, with experience within the industry, include Richard Flint, Mark White, and Keith Hunt.
Flint is the former CEO of Sky Betting & Gaming and still sits on the wider Flutter board as a non-executive director.
He is now chair of Butternutbox, a fast-growing online dog food subscription business, and an investor in several other tech businesses.
Mark White is the president and COO of SEKO Logistics and has overseen the growth of SEKO as it works to underpin the huge shift to online retail. His experience will be helpful to Modo25 as it continues to sign up more global ecommerce businesses for its product.
Keith Hunt has spent the last 20 years focusing specifically on overseeing marketing agencies, SaaS MarTech and software businesses. He has overseen multiple mergers and acquisitions globally.
The investment allows Modo25 to expand its business and recruit even more, after already bringing 40 new digital jobs into Yorkshire. New roles include digital marketing, data science and customer service roles.
Richard Flint said: “Modo25’s CEO John Readman is emerging as a global champion for Yorkshire business in the online performance marketing and analytics world.
“I can speak for the other investors when I say that we are looking forward to helping out on the board and watching the Modo25 team deliver further on both their commercial and fundraising potential.”
Readman added: “We’re thrilled that Richard, Keith and Mark have invested into the Modo25 vision.
“Thanks to their investment, we can expand our ambitious ongoing recruitment drive which has already brought over 40 new jobs to Leeds and the surrounding areas.”
